The other way is to buy an iTunes Music Card (available pretty much anywhere
these days). In iTunes, go to the iTunes Store and click the "Redeem" link
under the Quicklinks area on the right of the screen. You ill be asked to enter
the long code discoverable on the code by scratching off the label on the back
of the card. At this point, iTunes will ask you to log in. Since you don't yet
have an account you will be asked to create one, but no credit card details
will be required.
