Hi Callum, You should do a remote wipe of the iPhone to wipe all data off the phone. I believe there are some schemes about to access your data. Usually, however, the finder of the phone will have 10 incorrect tries of the security code and this will wipe the phone in any case, but just to be sure a remote wipe is best.
