Hi Gary

On road at moment so don't have all info at finger tips but...
What was the error from iLife 11 install? Did it not install at all?

Also you generally can't just drag an application over, particularly the iLife
apps as they have a lot of support files in different locations.
The other error is normally an incompatiblity error. Or an old version that
doesn't upgrade well. I've had that a few times to fix. A fun job.
I used iPhoto Library Manager to fix it.
Others may have more info too otherwise I'll try look it up when free.

Kind regards
Daniel
(sometimes the iPhone is just not fun to type on lol). :)
