WTB : Office 2011

Anyone know where I can get a single user copy of Office 2011 for Mac Home / Business locally for a decent price (need it for tomorrow PM). I can get it mailed for about $200. HT has it for $231 but no local stock. It's $279 elsewhere and $379 as a MS download. Seriously!
