Hi Muggers I have spent the past 5 hours trying to decipher how to transfer the contents of my Bootcamp XP 30gb partition on my previous MBP (15" dual core with Leopard) to my new MBP (15" quad core with snow leopard) which has Parallels 6 for Mac installed. I havnt got very far after checking all documentation from Parallels and various on line sites, as I became nervous about even starting to try something!!
If anyone has experience doing this I would welcome some advice and steps to make it happen here so that I can get something working!? I used XP on Bootcamp to run my Arcview GIS system and ran excel occasionally for preparing data. There are some new programs for image analysis that I will need windows on my Mac for real soon, so I want to get the XP side running well.
