G'day Stephen.

I don't believe you can.

In Excel - Preferences - Authoring - General there is the choice of stating how
many "Sheets in new work book". The default is 1. Excel accepts whole numbers
from 1 - 255. It wont accept 0.

That's from Excel 2008.

Pete Smith
