One of my sons who likes making his own amplifiers and speakers is
looking for some fast-fourier transform software to use on a MacbookPro.
It would allow electrical signals to be input to give a display.
The signals might come from a microphone or from an electrical device.
They might have to be converted from analog to digital, either before
they get to the Mac, or once on-board. Typical signals are in the order
of millivolts (not volts!).
If anyone is familiar with or knows of this sort of software please
contact me, off-line if you prefer.
