I am about to visit a mate at his school where he thinks he has a
couple of 16Gb drives. I will certainly get back to you if he cannot
find them.

Can't help with 20Gb, but I do have a 12Gb drive here in a Cutie box
that died years ago. I'm pretty sure the drive itself is OK though.
