On downgrading plans: I note that Amnet also charges a fee now. $19, 'coincidentally' this is the same amount I wish to reduce my plan by.
I should give them some credit on this count though. Previously I had downgraded my plan (for free) because we were seriously under-using it. It was 90GB peak and some ridiculous number for off-peak. Not too long after that they informed us that all their plans were being upgraded and they had put us back on 90GB per month. Oh well :-) Recently I considered downgrading again only to see there is now a fee.
