My daughter-in law ran a Snow Leopard update via the apple updater on her new 27" iMac last night and now it won't start, says it can't find a valid start disk. Can someone please suggest a starting point to try and resolve this please.
Unfortunately I don't know what the update was, she just clicked on the install option.
