Hi Callum,

What Font are you using? Fonts on iOS are predefined. Custom fonts are defined
by the app and are application specific.

"Compatible iWork for iOS devices support over 40 fonts and font families. When
importing a document that uses a font not available on a compatible iOS device,
iWork for iOS attempts to replace an unsupported font with one that is a close
match. If a close match is not found, the Helvetica font will be used instead.
After the import process, fonts that were replaced are listed for you to
review.”
