Hi Ronni and Mike,

Many thanks for the information and offer of help. Unfortunately the
file was given to a family member some years back and as far as I know
came from overseas hence the difficulty is having the conversion done
by the author.

I will contact you separately Mike because the file is quite 'heavy' at 58MB.
