Hello Everyone, Today attempts to scan just result in the message "scan failed". I am using Mac OS X 10.6.8, operating on Snow Leopard. The printer is Canon Pixma 600 and I have tried both Canon Utilities MP Navigator and using the dial on the printer. I have updated the scan drivers today. I am pretty sure we have used it successfully since updating to Snow Leopard.
Looking on the internet, most of the information I found was too old or too technical for me to follow. Does anyone have any suggestions, please?
