We have a small Snow Leopard Apple network using a Mac Mini Server. We have been using HostTel for faxing for a few months. We have no end of problems with the faxes not getting through; being unreadable when delivered etc. Our previous IT support person is at a loss.
We were successfully using an Apple USB External Modem successfully. We want to be able to fax from all our client iMac's. I would be grateful for suggestions.
