I would if I knew what you actually mean  ;-))
I did a search through the hundreds of emails I’ve posted since Lion, but can’t 
seem to find anything relative to ‘light arrows’ or darker desktop icons.
You don’t mean Colour Sidebar icons in Finder Sidebar and in iTunes?

I’ll have a ‘think’ and look through my Lion Folder over the week-end of the 
customisation I’ve done on Lion.
