Generally only if you installed 10.6.8 the first one, they released 10.6.8 v1.1 Security update. If you check Software Update does it show again as another Security Update? Or try downloading from here:- <http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1489?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US>
I'd try reinstalling that first before looking at a Reinstall.
