Hello All My MacbookPro (2 GHz Intel Core i7, 10.6.8) can't see the mouse any more.
When I open the Bluetooth Preferences it says 'Name not available' where it should give the details of the MBP. It claimed that the mouse was connected and discoverable but it did not work. I tried new batteries, no go. I disconnected the mouse and now the MBP can't see it. My husband's InteliMac can see both the MBP and my mouse. I have been using the MBP with the track pad most of the time and it used to complain that it could not find the mouse but lately it has given up doing that. Any suggestions are most welcome.
