Hi muggers, my wife was fortunate enough to be given a New iPad (16GB WiFi only) to add to her Apple toys. Pretty happy with it (hard not to be really) but I am unable to get the Face Time thing to Sign in. It comes back and says "Unable to sign in, check your network". Coincident with this, all the other toys in the house are successfully playing on the network, so I really don't know what to do.
Should a WiFi only iPad be able to Facetime? My work hours don't permit me to ring Apple help desk to run through their checks whilst I am in the house so wondering if any simple checks I can do. Just some info, Safari works fine, iPad is visible as a device in the iTunes Devices panel, Facetime is set "ON" on the iPad.
