This is not a general IT or social media help desk of forum, and I for one don't really appreciate having messages like this in my WAMUG message folder.
On the occasions I've needed to ask for help, it's after extensive research to the best of my ability to find my own solutions. If its not related to Mac OS or hardware, I don't post here. To ignore these basic principles is rude and disrespectful.
