Hi Susan and Ronni Guess what? I have just received the serial number from Adobe and LR4.1 is up and running!!
What a great experience, one of the first I have had online. When I clicked on your first link Ronni to the Aus store (where I had been before to do my initial download) I was surprised to see a small Chat screen appear after about 5 minutes with a foreign name asking if 'she' could be of help. This person was extremely helpful and I was able to go through the process of buying the software and serial number which I have entered into my 'Trial Version' and bingo, its all action!! She did ask me if I wanted to upgrade to CS6 as well as buy LR4 but I declined as I cant afford both at the moment. CS5 works very well with LR4 and I didnt realise there was an upgrade of 5 to 5.5 either!!? I cant believe it. Thankyou both very much for persisting with my queries on this, I appreciate it very much. Susan, have you been using PS and LR together for awhile? I am just getting into it using some online tutorials I found and love LR and what it is able to do with my photos!! Just need a few more hours in a day!
