The Downloads Folder Dock icon has now changed to a question mark. It is still labelled "Downloads", but can't be activated. Had just installed OS X 10.8.2 Supp 1.0 (and iPhoto 9.4.1) following the auto App Store update advice. Is this a new feature or a warning? Or should I delete it and create another dock folder?
The Dock folder was re-instated a week or so ago after it disappeared, probably due to my inadvertent dragging to to Trash.
