Hi all. All 5 in my family use the same Apple ID for our respective apps etc and Find my iPhone etc. this is a good thing generally for ease of sharing content etc but with the annoyance of automatically receiving stuff not explicitly requested to MY iTunes instance.
My kids download various game apps to their iPods which I have no interest in and I find that my iTunes will subsequently download their apps that they have recently downloaded and it in turn will sync to my iPhone which is attached to my own library. This then clutters my iPhone with jibberish apps. Is there a way of preventing the automatic download of these un-requested apps from downloading to MY iTunes instance whilst still given the freedom to the kids to download their stuff?
