Like having to open an event in calendar and change the reminder time on the actual event now instead of just "Remind me again in 5, 10 or 15 etc minutes" If it's a recurring event, you must then press "only this event" on the pop up. Seems to me that Apple must have people working full time on things that work well and changing them to a much more convoluted process!
