Hi folks,
When I first started my iMac after the update, there was no menu bar at top of 
screen.
I was able to open an application though from the dock.
Once I did that the menu bar appeared.

So I shut down, waited a few minutes, then started up again.
And WOW it was up and going very fast !

I reckon it is zippier John !
