Hi Stephen, Conversations By Default: The command View > "Organize by Conversation" is initially checked (enabled), under the assumption that you'll prefer to see your email messages that way.
You can change this by going to View and instead of the default "Organize by Conversation" change it to "Expand All Conversations".
