Hi Peter, I've been using a Logitech V470 Bluetooth Laser Travel Mouse since I got a Pismo. Its small, light, fits comfortably in the hand for long periods, accurate, has programmable buttons, scroll wheel which allows bi-directional tilt and a long battery life with rechargeables. I've configured the buttons as Left - click, Right - Double click, Wheel button - Right click for my convenience. I use Logitech's Control Centre software v 3.6 in OS X 10.6.8
