Hi Blitto, I had a client that had "Whatsapp" installed and noticed this happening, so if she has "Whatsapp" installed on her iPhone... the default setting saves any picture that she receives automatically to her Camera Roll.
If she has Whatsapp it is easy to disable this feature: 1. Open Whatsapp 2. Tap on "Settings" in the bottom bar 3. Tap on "Chat Settings" 4. Toggle "Save Incoming Media" so that it's OFF Now the next time she receives an image from Whatsapp it will not be saved automatically. She can however save it manually if she pleases.
