hi Stephen

You can go to the App Store on the iPhone - Updates. Then look under "not on 
this iPhone".
You can then "Redownload" them from them. (They should have a picture of a 
cloud with an arrow pointing down).

That should then re-install them for you.
(Or you can also reload them from within iTunes as well).
