Our service provider is Zetta net, formerly Highway1, and we have been with them for many years. We use Mac Mail and I believe it to be a POP account. It seems only to be happening on the lap top. we receive mail also on desktop, iPhone and iPad. Deleting on the iPhone deletes from the server, but this doesn't affect those already downloaded and these are the ones going missing and as far as I know only from the laptop.
