Hi Peter, I just took another look (must have been still asleep early this morning). In iTunes it is not in Unwatched but in Rentals (within Movies). I just pumped up the Apple TV again too. Found it in a separate folder from Movies actually called Rentals.
Thanks for your help - it did at least prompt me to go back and look elsewhere !
