Hi, I have a simple question. I am trying to add some additional folders in my account of Mail on my iOS device. I see the "add mailbox" option but trying to add doesn't do anything for me.
I logged into my Webmail and created a folder there no problem and thought that maybe it would replicate to the iOS devices - but it doesn't. Maybe I have a setting wrong or maybe it can't be done though unlikely. Is this an iOS setting or a setting at my ISP webmail application perhaps? Any assist would be appreciated.
