Hello Graham, To tidy a bit more you need to delete/trash some other files pertaining to Alfred on your system.
1. In your home folder, delete the following file: ~/Library/Preferences/com.alfredapp.Alfred.plist 2. In your cache folder, delete the following file: ~/Library/Caches/com.alfredapp.Alfred 3. In Application Support, delete the contents of the Alfred folder: ~/Library/Application Support/Alfred/ If you do not have the hidden User Library showing: Mavericks hides the user Library folder (that is, ~/Library) by default, just as Lion and Mountain Lion did. You can open it easily enough by holding down Option while choosing Library from the Finder’s Go menu, but if you find yourself doing this frequently, that can get to be a hassle. Mavericks introduces an easier way to make the user Library folder visible all the time—no more fiddling in Terminal. All you need to do is open your home folder in its own window, choose View > Show View Options, and select the Show Library Folder checkbox.
