Hi Stephen,

Could be a Network issue - DNS servers.
Have you tried Power cycling your Network gear... turning OFF your Modem & 
Router... Wait a few minutes...Then start modem, then Router, then iMac

Are you experiencing the same on your iPad/iPhone?
If so: on your iDevice try: settings>general>reset>reset network settings 

If still having problems
Sign out
Choose Store > Sign Out.
 
Sign in using an Apple ID
Choose Store > Sign In, or click Sign In in the Quick Links section. The Quick 
Links section is located in the right part of the window shown when you click 
Featured, Top Charts, or Categories in the toolbar.
Enter your Apple ID and password, and then click Sign In.
