Hi Ronni,
I am running OS X 10.10.3 and have CCC 3.5.5.. This version of CCC was
received some time ago as part of one of the bundles that were available from
time to time (don’t seem to see those bundle offers anymore). I visited the
Bombich site yesterday and obviously unintentionally downloaded a trial version
of CCC 4.1.2 which enabled me to do the required backup. That is the reason I
thought my copy had finally come to life and upgraded itself in the process. I
know, I am a dreamer.
CCC version 3.5.5 will not load at all. I have tried all possible
avenues but to no avail. I will continue looking through my archives for the
bundle and key that came with my original purchase. Bombich Software do not
appear to have any record of purchase but that is not surprising as some of
these software bundles go through various avenues before reaching their final
destination. I may have to bite the bullet and purchase a new version.
I also have SuperDuper Ver 2.7.2 which was possibly obtained in the
same bundle. Have not tried it but would prefer to use CCC.
