Hi Stephen, Just a very quick suggestion. Check the iCloud Calendar Events Defaults on your Macs Calendar App Calendar > Preferences > Alerts Account: iCloud - Events: 1 hour before All Day Events: 1 day before (9AM) Birthdays: 1 day before (9AM)
