Hi, I took a slo-mo video using my wifes iPhone and imported it to 'her'
MacBook Photos library. All going fine. Then I wanted to get that Slo-mo video
into 'my' Photos library. This was along with aound 300 other photos and
regular video files.

The process I used was to, Photos on her MacBook select the photos (JPG) and
videos and then Drag them to a empty desktop created folder. Then memory stick
copied the folder contents, then stick into my MacBook USB and then Import to
Photos. Everything about this worked fine except the slo-mo video files have no
longer got metdata that flags them as "slo-mo" files - they are seen as regualr
videos. When they play back though, they play as a slo-mo without the
editability of the slo-mo functions as would be the case in the place of origin
of my wifes MacBook.

There is probably a more elegant way of doing this AND also preserving the
'slo-mo' metadata and hence easy tracking and locating of them.

Has anyone done this or know a smarter way to do this?

I thought I could place the slo-mo's into a Family folder and then pull them
into my MacBook from the Family folder, but I've not tried this yet.

Regards

Pete
