I don’t know about the Digest because I don’t use it, but it certainly opened fine from the email. I’d like to congratulate and thank you for your efforts in documenting your process in preparing your iMac for sale. It strikes right at the heart of what WAMUG should be all about. Those of us who attempt to document certain tasks generally do so in response to expressed problems by members of the list.
