After a long time lag I have come back to converting my own off-air recorded
DVD material to other formats using Mpegstream clip V1.9.3b8) which I believe
is the latest. I am getting the message that Mpeg2 is no longer available
(under more recent OS versions)and should be reinstalled but the Apple module
of some years back is no longer available - or at least I can not find a
downloadable and installable copy. There are a number of free or nearly free
converter alternatives to get out of the DVD format but when the whole job is
done in a single operation it is much simpler!
Advice and comments appreciated.
