Hi Bill, Sounds like you have set up as an extended desktop? I’m not sure what you are wanting to achieve, but if you are trying to use the TV as a larger Display (Desktop) of your Mac. Check the System Preferences menu for Displays and set option to Mirror Displays. Under Arrangement - The blue boxes represent all displays that you've connected. The white bar at the top of both boxes represents your primary display. In video mirroring, both displays have a white bar because they show the same information.
