I believe my latest problem was a 2/3 conflict with a USB3 4T Pocket Hard Drive
not being recognised on my USB2 hub. I have problems similarly with an LG
Optical drive which sometimes worked in the hub but sometimes did not.
The price of ageing, my iMac that is!, mid 2011 model with only USB2 but
gloriously still with firewire! Fortunately there are 4 USB2 ports and with a
sensible rearrangement and discarding peace can be preserved.
Many thanks Ronni
Severin

At last we have had some good rain!
