Do you mean your SIM card number to recharge? If with Telstra: Via the iPad on 3G, go to http://m.telstra.com. The service number is then displayed and you are given the option to recharge.
Or if you have the Telstra free 24x7 app on the iPad it probably will tell you the service number from the micro-SIM in the device.
