Hi Jewels, Is iTunes working any better after you deleted all the Temp files as per my previous reply?
Some temp files are caches for interrupted downloads for things you had purchased that developed an error during media purchase downloads. That didn't completely download properly. Other temp files are error dump files that can cause iTunes to not run properly.
