Hi Ronni. Checked in iTunes Account. All 5 devices including that one are there with the option to REMOVE.
In the meantime I found that her iPhone had contacts set on FAMILY. So I changed it to ALL. Now they are all there. But I still can’t figure why her iPhone 5 is greyed out in iCloud ? Not that it causes any issues that I can determine now. > On 1 Jun 2018, at 9:51 pm, Ronda Brown <[email protected]> wrote: > > Hi Stephen, > > Did you accidentally remove the device -- View and remove your associated > devices in iTunes - Apple Support <https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204074>? > > Kind Regards, > Ronni > > Ronni Brown’s iPad Pro 12.9-inch 256GB > > > On 1 Jun 2018, at 7:47 pm, Stephen Chape <[email protected] > <mailto:[email protected]>> wrote: > >> Hi folks. >> >> I cannot see the wood for the trees I think. >> >> For some reason my wife’s iPhone 5, which is included on iCloud, is not >> showing all our Contacts. >> My iMac, her iMac, her iPad and my iPhone 6S all show the same contacts. >> >> I notice that when I log in to iCloud and look under My Devices, >> Her iPhone 5 is greyed out. >> But I cannot figure why ? >> >> Regards, >> Stephen Chape >> >> >> >> >> >> >> -- The WA Macintosh User Group Mailing List -- >> Archives - <http://www.wamug.org.au/mailinglist/archives.shtml >> <http://www.wamug.org.au/mailinglist/archives.shtml>> >> Guidelines - <http://www.wamug.org.au/mailinglist/guidelines.shtml >> <http://www.wamug.org.au/mailinglist/guidelines.shtml>> >> Settings & Unsubscribe - >> <http://lists.wamug.org.au/listinfo/wamug.org.au-wamug >> <http://lists.wamug.org.au/listinfo/wamug.org.au-wamug>> > -- The WA Macintosh User Group Mailing List -- > Archives - <http://www.wamug.org.au/mailinglist/archives.shtml> > Guidelines - <http://www.wamug.org.au/mailinglist/guidelines.shtml> > Settings & Unsubscribe - > <http://lists.wamug.org.au/listinfo/wamug.org.au-wamug> Regards, Stephen Chape
