Hi again I am still rather concerned about the iPad, it wasn’t just disconnected, it did not appear to be trying to connect, either before or after the restart nor the reset of the Network Settings. There was no Ikon in the toolbar. Also I never saw the “No Internet Connection“ error message before. Can anyone explain why it wasn’t trying to connect?
Rebooting the modem fixed the problem, I did not have to do anything apart from waking it up. The iPad is 10 months old, if there is something wrong with it I’d like to get it fixed pronto! I’ve edited the message, hope I left the relevant bits. Regards Diana Sent from my iPad > However I have solved the problem.
