Hi everyone 

Graham ‘s iPhone keeps asking him to sign in but it always fails. It is an 
iPhone 5 running iOS 10.3.3.

I know the password is correct, it works on his computer. I know it was entered 
correctly because I wrote it on a Note and copied & pasted to make sure, even 
though I could see the letters I’d typed earlier were correct.

This may be irrelevant but recently I had my wallet stolen, it took several 
days for my new credit card to arrive. During this time I couldn’t get updates 
on my iPad even though they are free. I’m always signed into the Cloud so I 
didn’t try signing in. Graham’s card is up to date.

I can’t think of what to try next. Can someone help please?
