I can’t think of anything that causes more confusion for users than passwords. Most people I know are terrified of them, and the idea of introducing something extra to learn simply adds to the terror. Even those who I have been able to convince of the value of 1Password don’t take the time to learn how to use it properly, so their confusion worsens. At least turn on Keychain for iCloud for her. It will keep track of all her passwords and she won’t even have to think about it. And it’s free.
