Barry, Three things to try (advice from a non-expert).
1. Is the app still listed under Settings? Perhaps the app has slipped onto a new window and is just hiding from you! 2. Have you tried turning off your SE and turning it back on again? 3. If problem still exists then force restart the iPhone. Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button until the Apple logo appears.
