G’day Bill. When you have the Word document open and go to Print and then save as PDF, you can type or change the author's name then. That’s the name that comes up in Books but it doesn’t change the name of the author within the document properties.
You can also change the name within Books. I’ve done it a few times in the list view. Hope this helps.
