Hi, Neil, It worked! Thank you very much! I followed the instructions for the inbuilt Mac hardware testing diagnostics. It was very strange, because the software responded, but seldom in the way the instructions said said they would.. Almost everything was different. I used the June 2013 Apple Diagnostics. I don’t have a mouse, just Wacom pens, and they couldn’t be moved to select a language. But it didn't seem to matter. And a few other deviations. But everything seems in order now. I’m crossing my fingers hoping that it will still be working tomorrow morning.
