Hi, We are having problems mounting hard drives in Catalina 10.15.6, With me it's spotty. ie some hard drives will mount....sometimes. Others not at all. (I've Macbook Pro 13" 2017) Unfortunately on my husband's computer none will mount. (he has early 2013) In Disk utility sometimes the container loads but not the interior which is grayed out. Can't mount or repair. I've reset the PRAM and SMC multiple times. I've used terminal to diskutil list, then diskutil info on the disks, then ejected and re-inserted but still won't mount. So I can't even erase/reformat (even if I wanted to)
